For more than two decades, Bill Hand has been a driving force behind the success of Hess Services, serving as Operations Manager since 2004. Bill joined the company during a time of early growth—before many of our current buildings, capabilities, and expansions were in place—and played an integral role in helping shape Hess Services into the organization it is today.
Throughout his tenure, Bill’s dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have had a lasting impact on our operations and our people. His knowledge, steady guidance, and willingness to go the extra mile exemplify the values Hess Services was built on. From navigating periods of growth to supporting day-to-day operations, Bill’s contributions are numerous and deeply appreciated.
