Double Wall Tanks
Hess Services manufactures double wall round steel tanks in 8′, 10′, and 12′ diameters, and 4′ x 8′ x 16′ rectangular sizes providing reliable storage with integrated secondary containment. Custom fabrication is also available to meet specific project requirements and specifications.
Reconditioned Tanks
Hess Services offers used and refurbished API steel storage tanks and tank reconditioning services, including abrasive blasting, repainting, protective coatings, and nozzle modifications to meet customer specifications. Our Hays, KS and Watford, ND facilities currently have hundreds of 20′ × 12′, 400 BBL steel tanks in stock, including many that were used for only about five years in the Balkan field before being replaced with larger tanks. These 400 BBL steel API tanks offer a significant cost and lead-time advantage over newly built tanks and are available as-is, partially reconditioned, or fully grit-blasted and recoated inside and out.
