Our faciltiy is equipped with three state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutting and marking machings, with CNC oxy-fuel cutting for thicker steel. Large downdraft tables, 13′ by 100′, allow our programmers to nest a large quantity of parts on a single piece of material. Our machines are capable of plasma cutting carbon steel from 26 gauge up to 1-1/2″, with intergrated plasma marking. The single and compund bevel capabilites eliminates hand grinding bevels. Non-ferrous metals can be plasma cut up to 1″ thick. The CNC oxy-fuel cutting system cuts carbon steel from 1-1/2″ to 8″ thick.
