Matt Orr, VP of Operations, recently gave Welding I students from Fort Hays Tech North Central and their instructor Dillon Bell a behind-the-scenes tour of our Welding Department.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to see several types of welding used in our production process, including robotic welding, interior sub-arc welding, stick welding, and MIG welding. It was a great hands-on learning experience where students were able to ask questions and learn more about the real-world applications of welding in our industry.
