Quality is the foundation Hess Services was built on. We have grown tremendously over the decades, however, our quality still shines through every tank or gun barrel manufactured in our yard.  Our tanks are pneumatically tested to 1.3 x Rated Pressure. In addition, tanks are inspected for leaks using spray soap solution on all welds. Tanks are then steel grit blasted to NACE No.2/SSPC SP-10 Near White Metal Blast. The surface profile, paint and coatings, are measured and documented during our Standard Quality Inspection Process. Shop built tanks are available up to 16′ Diameter to 220′ Height/Length.  Our in-house engineers will collaborate with cutomers to finalize designs. Hess Services is audited anually by a 3rd party American Petroleum Inspector.  In addition, we are Certified to ISO 9001:2015.
