Welder/Welder Trainee

Multiple welding positions available.

Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Fabrication of steel tanks and oilfield equipment.

2. High school diploma or equivalent and trade school preferred.

3. Minimum of 2 years GMAW welding experience.

4.  SMAW experience helpful.

5. OR 3+ years’ experience in relative field.

6. Agricultural background a plus (misc. welding/fabrication, building fence, etc.).

*HSI is looking for individuals that are interested in learning to weld at the professional level as a Welder Trainee. Some experience is helpful, but not necessarily required. Trainee will work with seasoned in-house personnel to gain hands-on experience and skills. Advancement opportunities available with skills progression and in-house certification. Ability to read a tape measure and understand blueprints is helpful, but not required. Applicants must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
